Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Channel Partner with a minimum of 6 years of experience in IT sales. The ideal candidate should be adept at building and managing relationships with channel partners to drive sales growth and align with company objectives. An MBA or equivalent qualification is preferred, along with a deep understanding of the IT industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Channel Partner Development: Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to expand sales opportunities.
- Sales Strategy Execution: Drive sales through channel partners by implementing tailored sales strategies.
- Partner Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with channel partners to achieve mutual business goals.
- Training & Enablement: Equip partners with the necessary training and support to drive sales success.
- Sales Target Achievement: Collaborate with partners to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitors to inform strategic decision-making.
- Forecasting & Reporting: Provide regular updates and sales forecasts to senior management.
- Product Knowledge: Stay current on company IT products and services to effectively communicate value propositions.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales and partner strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote company products and services.
- Sales Conversion: Generate leads and convert them into sales by effectively persuading customers of the benefits of our offerings.
- Customer Relationship Management: : Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed assigned sales targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Product Knowledge:Stay updated with product knowledge to handle customer inquiries effectively and provide accurate information.
- Data Entry & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, customer interactions, and feedback in the CRM system.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to achieve sales objectives and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Education: Graduation in IT preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong communication skills in English, Marathi, and Hindi.
- Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Attitude: Enthusiastic, motivated, and self-driven.
- Office Timing: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
