Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Channel Partner with a minimum of 6 years of experience in IT sales. The ideal candidate should be adept at building and managing relationships with channel partners to drive sales growth and align with company objectives. An MBA or equivalent qualification is preferred, along with a deep understanding of the IT industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Channel Partner Development: Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to expand sales opportunities.
  • Sales Strategy Execution: Drive sales through channel partners by implementing tailored sales strategies.
  • Partner Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with channel partners to achieve mutual business goals.
  • Training & Enablement: Equip partners with the necessary training and support to drive sales success.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Collaborate with partners to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitors to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Forecasting & Reporting: Provide regular updates and sales forecasts to senior management.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay current on company IT products and services to effectively communicate value propositions.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales and partner strategies.
