Pay and Refund Policy


1. Payment Structure

  • Initial Payment: 40% of the total project cost is required before on boarding and commencement of services.
  • First Installment: 30% of the total project cost is due 15 days after the initial payment.
  • Final Installment: The remaining 30% of the total project cost is due within 25 days after the first installment.

2. Payment Methods

  • We accept payments via bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and other digital payment methods as agreed upon.
  • All payments should be made in Indian Rupees (INR).

3. Late Payments

  • Late payments are subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.
  • Continuous failure to pay may result in suspension of services until full payment is received.

4. Refund Policy

  • Cancellation Before on boarding: If the service or product is cancelled before on boarding, a full refund of the initial payment will be provided.
  • Cancellation After On boarding: If the service or product is cancelled after on boarding, a 10% charge of the total project cost will be deducted from the refund.
  • No Refund: No refund will be provided for cancellations made after the completion of the first installment payment period.
