Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement to Terms

By engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

FirePhoenixDev Pvt. Ltd. provides IT services, digital marketing, and business consulting as detailed in the project proposal.

Service deliverables, timelines, and project scope will be outlined in the project agreement.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Provide all necessary information, materials, and feedback required for the timely completion of the project.
• Ensure timely payment as per the payment policy.

4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all confidential information disclosed during the project private and not disclose it to any third party without written consent.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property created during the project will be owned by FirePhoenixDev Pvt. Ltd. until full payment is received. Upon full payment, the ownership rights will be transferred to the client.

6. Limitation of Liability

FirePhoenixDev Pvt. Ltd. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the services provided.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with a written notice of 30 days. Upon termination, the client will be invoiced for all completed work and expenses incurred up to the termination date.
